Creating Nurturing Home Environments

Dr. Montessori recognized that the most effective way to educate children is to provide them with environments that meet their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

Centering Skills for Adult
Children flourish and are much more likely to retain connection with their authenticity and move through their Unveiling Cycles if we are consciously doing our best to manifest our authenticity as well. On this day we will focus on ways to enhance the harmonious functioning of our Body, Mind and Emotions so that our Spirit of Love can more easily guide and direct our actions.

Developing Meaningful Parenting Styles and Compassionate Communication
How we speak with a child makes a huge difference in how they respond. This workshop will focus on recognizing our specific parenting styles and how they may be affecting our children. In addition, we will look at various Communication patterns and how this may be received by the children.

Facilitating Inner Discipline and Understanding Children’s Behavior
This final workshop will focus on ways to encourage children to be intrinsically motivated toward positive behavior and to better understand what is happening when they are misbehaving. With this knowledge it is much easier to understand our children and redirect their actions when necessary.
